      二十世纪二三十年代,陶行知在倡导乡村教育的过程中积累了大量的农民教育的实践及经验。其中生活即教育、社会即学校、全民义务教育、物质利益原则和尊重关爱农民等方针对于今天开展农民教育,实现乡村人才振兴有着重要的借鉴意义。在对农民实施教育的过程中,他以识字教育为基础,注重素质教育,并在文化教育的过程中注重抗日宣传,教育并引导农民参加抗日救国。在教育队伍建设方面,他主张动员小先生、全国的知识分子、农民甚至各个阶层的劳动人民都参与到教育队伍中来,实现教学相长,从而推进农村教育事业的发展。
英文摘要:
      In the 1920s and 1930s, Tao Xingzhi accumulated a great deal of practice and experience in the process of advocating rural education. It contains the principles of life as education, society as school, compulsory education for all, material interests and respect for and care for farmers. These are of great significance for today's education of farmers and the revitalization of rural talents. In the process of educating peasants, he laid emphasis on literacy education, quality education, anti-Japanese propaganda, educating and guiding peasants to participate in anti-Japanese and save the country. In terms of the construction of the educational team, he advocates mobilizing young children, intellectuals throughout the country, peasants and even the working people from all walks of life to participate in the educational team, so as to promote the progress of rural education.
