| The study about the legal history of the base areas has achieved fruitful results after 1979, but only limited to the Shan-gan-ning Border Region. For the systematicness and integrity about the study of the base area legal history, it is particularly important to open up a new field of research on legal history about the New Fourth Army. The key point is to organize and excavate the the New Fourth Army Anti Japanese Base Areas legal documents, and the comparative study of the legal history about other base areas. |
