| 在双元制本土化改革进程中，高等职业教育面临着政府、企业与学生三个层面的问题。建设教学产业园这一校企合作人才培养平台，从提高政府支持度、企业参与度和学生满意度入手，对教学产业园的外部环境、办学主体和发展动力进行探索，有助于多元化共建体制、市场化运行机制和一体化培养模式的形成。 |

| In the process of implementing the localization reform of dual-system education in HVC, there exists problems among the government, enterprises and students. Thus the paper proposes the construction of the institute-enterprise cooperation platform based on teaching industrial park. Furthermore, it makes explorations on external environment, school running subject and driving force of teaching industrial park from the perspectives of government support, enterprise participation and student satisfaction. It has formed diversified co-constructing system, market operation mechanism and integrated cultivation mode. |
