| 延安马克思主义史学在中国马克思主义史学发展史上占有重要地位。抗战时期，在毛泽东史学思想的指导下，以范文澜为代表的延安马克思主义史家高举爱国主义的旗帜，运用新的史观理解阐释历史，系统总结中国社会和革命的发展规律。他们坚持唯物史观的科学品格，引领并坚守爱国主义史学阵地，为马克思主义史学确立了发展方向。 |

| Marxist historiography in Yan'an Period occupies an important position in the history of Marxism in China. Under the guidance of history theory of Mao Zedong Thought, Marxist historians such as Fan Wenlan held the banner of patriotism highly during Anti-Japanese War. They interpreted history through a new historical perspective, and summarized the law of Chinese society and revolution systematically. They insisted on the scientific character of historical materialism, led and held the patriotic historical position, and set the direction for Marxist historiography. |
