| The Artisan Spirit has received widely heated since the 2016 two sessions of Premier Li Keqiang′s government work report. “Focus, dedication, innovation”is the kernel of the Artisan Spirit, but also the training of innovative talents in colleges and universities. From the perspective of the history of Artisan Spirit, combined with the existing training institutions of innovative talents, put forward the personnel training and implementation of the path in practical significance. |
