| 县办高职院校是经济发达地区区域经济发展对高等教育需求的产物，与其他公办高职院校相比有自身独特的优势，但这也是一把双刃剑，也由此带来生存、发展上的困难。县办高职院校必须走高职教育集约式发展之路，通过集约式发展发挥优势、摆脱困境，破解县办高职院校地域的限制、区域经济和产业背景的限制以及行政过度干预等问题。县办高职院校实现集约式发展，除选择符合自身条件的形式外，更重要的是加强校校合作和校企合作两方面的工作，走出一条强势发展之路。 |

| County-run higher vocational colleges are the product from the demand of regional economy development in economically developed areas for culture and education, and have their own advantages compared with other public higher vocational colleges. However, these advantages have two sides and thus cause difficulties to the existence of those county-run higher vocational colleges. This article takes Jiangsu as an example to propose that the county-run higher vocational colleges must get on the intensive development road, whereby they can exert their advantages and get rid of those difficulties through the intensive development. These colleges should get rid of area limitation, regional economy limitation and industrial background limitation as well as excessive administrative intervention. In order to achieve the intensive development, those county-run higher vocational colleges should focus more on cooperation between colleges and between colleges and enterprises in addition to choose a mode suitable for their own conditions, so as to establish a powerful development road. |
