      随着全球政治经济一体化进程的加快,高等教育发展呈现国际化大趋势。近年来,高校纷纷制定“人才强校”发展战略,加大力度引进国外智力。然而高校普遍存在引进人才质量和层次偏低,学科分布不够合理,引智渠道相对狭窄等问题。基于此,高校应树立长期引智的发展理念,通过搭建高水平引智平台和拓宽引智渠道,促进引智工作内涵式发展。逐步完善引智管理机制,推动高校整体国际化建设步伐。
英文摘要:
      With the accelerated process of globalization of higher education, Chinese universities and colleges implement the strategy to employ overseas talents. This paper points out the problems in hiring overseas talents, and puts forward the suggestion for improvement by establishing a coalitive system, which emphasis on synergizing different departments and exploring channels to recruit overseas talents. Furthermore, a dynamic and active mechanism should be adopted to improve management and offer better service.
