      通过对盐城新四军文化资源开发的现状调查,发现盐城新四军文化资源的开发呈现政府投资高但收益低,发挥不了应有价值的状况。通过探讨造成这种状况的原因,提出树立品牌化、产业化的理念,从市场的角度,整合盐城的新四军文化资源,推动盐城新四军文化产业化开发。

      From the investigation on the development of cultural resources of the new fourth army in Yancheng, it is found that the development of the cultural resources of the New Fourth Army in Yancheng shows that the government investment is high but the benefit is low, which cannot meet its value. By discussing the causes of this situation, the concept of branding and industrialization is put forward and the New Fourth Army cultural resources of Yancheng should be integrated from the market point of view to promote the development of the cultural industrialization of Yancheng New Fourth Army.
