| Based on the status of the introduction of university library English database and the funds annual increased about eight percent, this paper analyzes the cost benefit of English database according to calculating the single downloaded cost, the single searched cost and per clicked cost. It discusses the promotion mechanism to ensure cost benefit is to adhere to the eight percent book fund growth mechanism and elimination mechanism of cost benefit. The service mechanism improved of cost benefit is to adhere to the objective and accurate analysis of mechanism and key reader service mechanism, play the role of DIALOG international online retrieval and carry forward check inspection and delivery, then achieves common cognizance and Enjoyment of resource. |
