地方本科高校实验室在人才培养和科研服务方面的新变化,对实验技术人员工作职责、能力素质提出了新要求,人员绩效考评机制也需要作出相应的调整。现行的实验技术人员考核,等同于对教师的教学和科研的考核,忽略了实验技术人员岗位的特殊性和地方本科高校实验室的特点,需要从合理核定实验技术人员的岗位编制、科学制定实验技术人员的考核体系和改革现行实验技术人员的评聘制度等方面创新绩效考评机制。 |

New changes have taken place in the laboratories of local universities, which raises a new requirement for the laboratory technicians' duties and qualifications, and hereby their performance assessment mechanism needs a corresponding adjustment. The ongoing assessment of the technicians, equivalent to the teaching and research assessment of common teachers, has neglected the specialty of the technicians' post and the characteristics of local universities' laboratories. Innovations, therefore, will have to be made in reasonably verifying the technicians' post configuration, scientifically formulating their assessment mechanism and reforming the regulations of evaluation and recruitment. |
