| 土地革命战争时期，苏北各地党组织在中共中央和江苏省委的指导下，领导广大贫苦农民，通过发动武装暴动，宣传与实践苏维埃土地革命，贯彻革命的阶级路线。在创建革命武装的过程中，苏北党组织根据地方实际，在上级党组织的指导下，坚持以工农群众为革命动力的原则，及时总结对土匪会门武装改造的经验，探索适合当地特点的游击战争规律。 |

| During land revolutionary warfair, Party organizations of Northern Jiangsu led poor peasants to launch riot and propogate the meaning of soviet and land revolutionary and carry out class route. On the procession of seting up revolutionary army, they stick on the principle based on workers and peasants and probed on the rule of guerilla warfair characterized of local societies by suming up the experience of transforming bandits and sicret societies. |
