| 信息技术的迅速发展和广泛应用，给高校档案管理工作带来了机遇和挑战。如何有效推动档案信息化进程已成为当前高校档案管理工作的重要课题。本文从高校档案信息化的内涵入手，分析了当前我国高校档案信息化建设过程中的主要问题，提出了深化高校档案信息化建设的意义、加大高校档案信息化建设的基础投入、加强高校档案信息化建设的队伍素质、完善高校档案信息化建设的制度政策的策略。 |

| With the rapid development and wide application of information technology, the opportunities and challenges which can be not to evade has been brought to the management of University archives. In this context, how to effectively promote the archives informatization process has become an important topic of the current university archives management. From the connotation of university archives information This paper analyse the main problems in the process of our information construction of university archives, puts forward the ways of deepening the consciousness of informatization construction of university archives, andstrengthening the infrastructure investment construction, team quality, the system of policy strategies of university archives informationization. |
