| Since 1980, the research about sea -salt culture has been changed from a perspective of the salt industry economic history to the research of cultural history, and has been achieved fruitful results. Not only the study area is wide, but also the compilation of the salt industry in the coastal area provides a rich regional data for the further study of the sea-salt culture。But there is lack of study in the presence of sea salt culture, such as, regional research achievements amount is not balance, fragmentation of the research content, the research team dispersion, etc. Researchers need to gather strength, to do long-term planning, strengthen cooperation with local governments, and become the study of sea-salt culture into a cultural business card to promote local economic development. |
