| With the development of the cause of mass education in China, the difficult employment of college students has become the social problems to be solved. In the employment of college graduates employment system under the system of independent, the employment of college graduates employment for college students is becoming more and more obvious. This paper gives the research from the perspective of the theory of life system, through the construction of the employment system of college graduates, based on the full analysis of the internal operation system of each function subsystem, analyzes the basic characteristics of the employment system of college graduates, and puts forward the reform path and some suggestions on the problem of employment of university students, to promote the employment of college graduates with high quality. |
