| 创业型人才培养应坚持全面育人、因材施教与精英教育等多种教育理念贯通,应遵循大政方针政策、人才培养规律及教育教学规律等多项理论指导融合.高校要紧紧依托创业教育,坚持教学主导,致力于100％的学生接受创业普及教育;坚持培训辅导,致力于20％的学生接受创业精英培训;坚持实践指导,致力于5％的学生走向自主创业.由此,分层分类、逐步推进,构建高校创业型人才培养的科学模式,助推高等教育内涵式发展和人才培养质量提升. |

| Entrepreneurial talent training should adhere to the comprehensive education,according to their aptitude,and the concept of elite education,and other institutions of higher education,should follow the major principles and policies,and laws of talent training,the education teaching guidance.Colleges and universities should be based on entrepreneurship education,adhere to the teaching,to 100% of the students accept the entrepreneurship popularization education; adhere to the training courses,to20% of the students accept the entrepreneurial elite training; adhere to the practice guidance,dedicated to 5% of the students towards self-employment.Thus,hierarchical classification,gradual,construct the entrepreneurial talent training mode of scientific,boosting the development of higher education connotation and talent training quality improvement. |
