| The cognizance of duty behavior is directly related to national assume liability to pay compensation,therefore,power behavior and individual behavior have a variety of views and theories,including the subjective,objective,comprehensive standard said.However,from the national compensation law the provisions of the first paragraph of article 5 in-depth analysis and combined with the legislative intent,it is not difficult to find that duty behavior define the core elements of is to exercise their functions and powers. |
