| It is obvious that Hailing Salt Administrative Office has been of great importance in Chinese sea salt history.After referring to historical records and files on Hailing Salt Administrative Office and Xixi Salt Storehouses,the writer holds that Hailing Salt Administrative Office was set up between 758AD-760AD and the office was set at Xixi Salt Storehouses.Moreover,as far as the three prime ministers are concerned,Yanshu had not taken office at Xixi. |
