| A library director holds the highest administrative position in a library,and shall be responsible for upholding the library’s mission statement and developmental trend.According to the intrinsic connotation of charisma and management feature in university library,we analyze the characteristics of charismatic leadership in university library director,study the mechanism of action,and discuss the construction strategy of charismatic leadership.This study may promote the scientific development in university library. |
