| Based on the calculation and analysis of the national and Jiangsu provincial data on population and finance in 2011,it’s found that both the central government and Jiangsu provincial government is capable of undertaking the subsidy.For this,the Article advises to increase the policy publicity,to implement the financial subsidies actively,and to strengthen on the funds supervision,so as to actually realize the original intentions of the policy. |
