| The construction of ecological civilization is put in a prominent position in the report of the 18th National Congress of the CPC.The requirement to build the ecological civilization in all aspects and the whole process in the construction of economy,politics,culture and society is an innovative statement of the strategy of the ecological civilization.The construction of ecological civilization is to build a socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics and its goal is to realize the double standards of harmony and unity between "human and nature" and "people and people".The path of ecological civilization construction is to shift the mode of economic development,to build a resource-saving and environment-friendly society,to promote the system construction so as to establish a scientific and reasonable social system. |
