| To meet the current demands arising from the latest realities in colleges and universities,the general and overall attainments of the counselor team must be enhanced and the effectiveness of their ideological and political education must be strengthened.For that end,colleges or universities need to conduct researches and find out factors restricting the development of counselors,design and build a long-term career development mechanism for counselors so that their professional competence,work enthusiasm,professionalism,specialization,and expertise will be promoted. |
