| 构建法治社会离不开公民意识，中国正处于社会主义初级阶段，各项制度还不够健全，但更关键的是中国公民普遍缺乏与法治社会相匹配的公民意识，而传统社会伦理道德束缚；市场经济发展不够充分；民主政治建设的滞后是公民意识缺乏的主要原因。有鉴于此，只有把充分发展市场经济作为经济基础；把健全社会主义民主政治作为制度保障；把发展社会主义法治文化作为思想源泉；把培育公民社会作为生存空间，才能培育出良好的公民意识，促进中国特色社会主义法治社会的发展。 |

| Since China just makes the first step on the road to a socialist country,there is still a room for further improvements of some unsound policies and systems.But more importantly,most of Chinese people lack the awareness of citizenship,which is a barrier to the building of a society ruled by law.The root cause can be the traditional moral system and the unhealthy development of market economy.Therefore,public awareness of citizenship can be increased on the condition that we advance market economy as the solid financial foundation,improve socialist democratic politics as the political protection,communicate the concept of socialist legalism as a spiritual recharge,and build up citizens’ society as the room for the improvement of citizen awareness.The paper aims to analyse the influence of citizen awareness on a society ruled by law,their relations as well as the solutions through unifying history and logic and combining theory with practice.Also,the meaning and value of citizen awareness will be analysed form a social and logic perspective. |
