| 私募基金市场已成为资本市场重要的组成部分，对我国经济发展影响很大。但由于私募基金在我国发展时间较短，制度尚不完善，监管无法到位，在资金运作和法律地位上都存在一定缺陷。就私募基金发展中存在的信息披露、监管制度、市场退出机制等进行分析，从而为私募基金的发展提出合理化建议。 |

| The privately offered fund market is one of the important components of the capital market and has a big influence to the economic development of our country.But as the history of the private fund in our country is not long,its system is still not perfect and supervision cannot reach the designated position.There are some defects existing in the capital operation and legal status.This article gives out reasonable proposals on the basis of analysing the problems of the information disclosure,supervisory system,market withdraws mechanism in the development of privately offered fund. |
