| Memory plays an important role in interpreting.Before interpreting,the interpreter stores up and expands background information through long-term memory.While interpreting,the interpreter records the speaker’s messages through short-term memory so as to timely process and recreate them.By proper training,interpreter’s memory can be intensified and improved. |
