| Parking space and garage in residential districts,which is the independent objects of condominium ownership,can be the object of condominium ownership,and is the sondereigenteum of condominium ownership.the conflicts about the ownership of parking space and garage come about every now and then,and its ownership should be made by mandatory.the ownership of parking space and garage must be the objective of the joint ownership stipulated by law. |
