| To really realize the combination of working and studying,the vocational school,enterprises and government need to join together and take their respective responsibility.The government should guide and promote the cooperation between colleges and enterprises,achieve the combination of working and studying.The college and the enterprise construct the experiment and practice room and make it the place of technical innovation,product research and development,and set the stage for gaining a win-win result.The industry association should standardize enterprise training,provide the information of industry development and personnel needs,guide and supervise talent cultivating of the vocational colleges. |
