| 大学生就业是关乎改革和发展的重大问题.由于体制的转变,大学生就业渐入困境,因而受到普遍关注.解决大学生就业难题是一个刻不容缓的系统工程,必须创新工作机制,营造良好环境.其着力点是深化就业机制、政策机制、服务机制改革.在调查研究基础上,从机制创新这个侧面提出了相应的对策和建议. |

| ollege graduates’ employment is a critical issue concerning reform and development of the society.However,it is now getting into plight and receiving universal attention because of the transform of mechanism.There is an urgent need to solve this problem,so we must put great emphasis on the innovation of mechanism and the creation of favorable employment environment,and finally push forward the employment situation.With this understanding,this thesis tries to provide solutions and suggestions from the perspective of mechanism innovation on the basis of research. |
