| ’Staff shortage’ is a common phenomenon in our country star-rated hotel.In order to make hotel develop in a right and reasonable way,this article analyzes the current situation of hotel staff and further discusses the reasons of staff shortage in star-rated hotel,then puts forward feasible strategies. |
