| 科学发展观的提出及素质教育的全面推进,要求高校学生管理的方式方法必须适时改革创新.在科学发展观的指导下,提出了由引导管理(G)、支持管理(S)、激励管理(E)、帮扶管理(H)构成的高校学生管理四维工作模式,并根据我国高校学生教育管理实际,总结了引导主导型、支持主导型和激励主导型3种扩展应用模式.并以盐城工学院为例对GSEH模式的应用进行了解释说明. |

| With the advocation of scientific development view and comprehensive promotion of the quality education,the method of college student management needs a timely innovation.This paper,guided by scientific development view,proposes a four-dimension mode of college student management: guiding(G),supporting(S),encouraging(E) and helping(H).Meanwhile,according to the reality of Chinese college management,it summarizes 3 types of management.That is,guidance-oriented mode,support-oriented mode and encouragement-oriented mode.Finally,this paper illustrates the application of the GSEH mode with YCIT as example. |
