| Facing the fierce situation of job-hunting and employment competition,the female students will inevitably experience some negative psychological problems such as inferiority,hesitation,anxiety and parents-dependency.All these need us to probe into their causes and adopt the workable measures accordingly so as to help the female college students to establish a healthy mentality in career selection in order to achieve the scientific and successful employment purposes. |
