| In the course of the implementation of the management process,it is easy to arouse conflicts between colleges and students in safeguarding each rights and interests because of the imperfection of the management system.The college management system will adjust the interest relationship between college and student balance.How to balance the relationship and make reasonable judgment under the situation of the interests conflict is an important basis for the reconstruction of the system. |
