      绩效评估决定着人力资源管理的有效性.中小民营企业要想在激烈竞争的市场环境中求得生存与发展,就必须掌握绩效评估科学的理念与技能,提升自身的核心竞争力.系统分析了目前我国中小民营企业在人力资源管理中员工绩效评估存在的问题及原因,并在此基础上提出了改善与加强中小民营企业员工绩效评估的对策及措施.

      Performance evaluation determines the effectiveness of human resource management process.Medium and small-sized private enterprise in a highly competitive market environment to survive and develop,we must grasp the concept of performance appraisal and scientific skills to enhance their core competitiveness.This systematic analysis of the current medium and small-sized private enterprises in China in human resources management of employee performance problems and assess the reasons for,and on this basis put forward to improve and strengthen the medium and small-sized private enterprises employee performance evaluation countermeasure and measure.
