| In recent years,university tuition fee owed by the student is one of the focusing problems in the university reform and development in China.Somehow it has restricted and affected the teaching work in universities.The author analyses the causes on the bases of the fact of tuition owing fee in university,puts forward some countermeasures to minimize the negative effect to teaching and researching activities of the universities.It also has a big significance. |
