| 在传统道德理念失去光辉的时候,一些新的道德行为,如慈善捐赠、器官捐献、志愿服务、文化差异宽容等正在被现代的人们认真地经营着,标志着市场经济下一种全新道德形式的生成.这些具有非指令、自我性的新道德形式给人们的启示是:尊重个体道德选择性的要求,正视"无痛道德"的存在并给以发展的空间.在此基础上构建一种能体现新权威的无痛道德体系,至少要做到三点:承认并正视道德回报,以法的形式使道德变轻松,道德情感的世俗化. |
