当代我国家族企业的企业文化不可简单地归结为中国传统的家族文化,我国现代化转型过程中形成的社会信任机制作为"看不见"的驱动力量,对家族企业文化模式的形成起着重要的推动作用.

It is too simply to owe the cultural pattern of family firms to traditional culture.The trust mechanism which appeared in the course of social transition affect family firm’s cultural pattern mostly.
