| 不同高校公寓的投资主体可能不同,管理方式也不同,导致公寓管理模式不尽相同.在高校后勤社会化改革逐步深入的背景下,对何种模式是主流模式、正确模式的理解也不尽一致.采取适合当地经济发展水平、适合本校校情的公寓管理模式,利用社会资源、依靠学校力量、调动学生热情,通过思想政治教育、养成教育以及学风建设等途径,以实现平安公寓、活力公寓与和谐公寓建设目标,充分发挥高校公寓管理的效能. |

| Different colleges have different investment sources and management methods,hence the difference in boarding house management models.With the gradual deepening of transferring college’s social services to the market economy,there are different understandings as to which boarding house management model is the main and right one.Form service content and theory should connect with practice;therefore,the model which is suitable for the local economic development level and educational development situation and especially the college situation should be adopted.By effective management method,making full use of social resources,depending on school to arouse the students’ enthusiasm,through ideological,political and formative education as well as the construction of the study style,the goal of peaceful,lively and harmonious boarding houses could be truly realized,which is a practical and realistic approach to the college boarding house management model. |
