| The changes of the management system for colleges/ faculties are varying according to the needs of universities.This article analyzes the status quo and researches the ways for the System of Responsibility assumed by both the Party and the Administration in colleges/ faculties,putting forward the views of clearing the legal status,establishing decision-making system,optimizing the groups structure and improving the quality of leading cadres. |
