| The modernization of legal system in Chinese society couldn’t come true,if it only relies on transplanting the modern rule of law.Besides the construction of the rule as the foundation of legal institution,it is absolutely necessary to shape civic spirit of law-abiding,in order to realizing the modernization of consciousness,which may serve as the value basis and spiritual support to the process of modernization. |
