| Along with the gradual worsening human and environment relations,the sustainable development idea arises at the historic moment,and has profound influence on the society.Under the big background of ruling a nation legally,The relations between sustainable development and laws must be well handled.The sustainable development connotation must be incorapated into the legal value system.The sustainable development value only gains its practical signficance in legislation,judicature and observanceof the law. |
