| When the New Fourth Army fought against the Japanese invaders in Yanfu area,from October 1940 to August 1945,they actively carried out all forms of cultural activities,such as literature,music,art,drama performance,singing and so on which had a tremendous impact on the warfare and the cultural activities in the anti-Japanese bases of the north of Jiangsu province.The development of the New Fourth Army’s Cultural Activities In Yanfu Area is mainly due to the factors about the demand for military strategy,the influence of revolutionary literature and art,artistic talents’ participation,etc. |
