| Social capital has an important role in the development of private universities,and the government should enhance the role of social capital as a main resource channel in the development of private universities,including in publicity guidance,policy support,iustroetion and regulation,process supervision,regular evaluation etc.In this way,the specific promotion measures in Law of Civilian-Run Education Promotion will be implemented with a view to ensuring the sound and sustainable development of private universities. |
