| Presently discrimination against female college students on employment has already aroused the government and society’s attention.Aiming at this social problem which is more and more serious,this paper analyses the essential reasons of gender discrimination in college student’s employment from a social-psychological point of view,and puts forward a psychological countermeasure to prevent and solve the gender discrimination in college student’s employment. |
