      欧美学校的德育教育做得"深"、"细"、"实"、"活",效果显著.这一现象值得我们研究和借鉴.反思我国德育实效性低下的根本原因之一就是学校德育教育脱离了生活,德育教育要"回归生活",需要从整合德育教育的课程、转变德育教育的方法、注重校园环境的营造、建立更加民主的学校管理制度、发挥教师人格魅力、进行个性化辅导等几方面进行努力.
英文摘要:
      Moral education in European and American schools is well conducted.It is practical,flexible,and profund.Chinese educators should learn from them.One of the causes of the low efficiency of our moral education is that ours deviates from realistic life.To return to reality,moral education needs re-arranging curriculum,changing teaching methods,focusing on school environments,reconstucting democratic campus administration,developing educators′ personal charm,and doing characteristic guidance,etc.
