The particularity of training talented persons decides the particularity of the task of teachers’ human resource management.According to modern ideas of human resource management,several strategies of managing teachers’ human resources in application-orientated universities are suggested.They are establishment of managing concept of "teacher-orientation",scientific planning of teachers,implementation of dynamic recruitment,and diversified performance appraisal and motivation etc. |
