| Beginning with the three local economic characteristics of Yancheng City,this thesis analyzes the antinomy between the development of the local economy and the development and supply of talented persons.Applying theories to practice,the thesis also makes a reflection and exploration on the establishment of the new principle of starting a business with characteristics,quality and practice in colleges and universities. |
