| The development of small enterprise groups need,government,providing policy,financial etc.support as well as providing a social service system for education and training,management consulting,marketing,technology,financial services,legal aid and other kinds of support.At present,inadequate social service system has become a factor restricting the development of small clusters.So we should take various measures to improve the social service system,to further the rapid development of small clusters. |
