| 当前,我国的小康社会还是一个低水平的、不全面的、发展很不平衡的小康,这种状况的集中表现就是我国弱势群体尚未达到小康或者还处于小康的低水平,他们经济上收入过低、政治上缺少民主权利、所受教育水平低下,容易引发社会危机导致社会不稳定.因此,要建设全面的小康社会,最重要的是建设弱势群体的全面小康,这就需要从政府、社区以及弱势群体自身三大方面着手. |

| At present,the well-off society of our country is still the one that is of low-level,not overall and very uneven and the disadvantaged groups of our country have not reached the well-to-do level or been at the low-level of a well-to-do society.Because of this,to build an overall well-off society,the most important thing is to improve the life of the disadvantaged groups.Therefore,the building a focus comprehensive well-off society is to cover the disadvantaged groups. |
