| Anti-monopoly originates from the US,which is called "the economical constitution" or "the free enterprise’s big charter" in the west market economy country.This article from the anti-monopoly legislation idea of competition freedom,competition pairness and balance coordination as well as China’s anti-monopoly legislation idea and WTO rules conjunction has carried out the discussion,and provided the theory strut as China’s anti-monopoly legislation. |
