| The paper has carried out anin-depth analysis on the findings of the investigation into the technological innovative ability of the enterprises in Yancheng.And based on such analysis,the paper has advanced some thoughts and measures of the collaboratiove model innovations in production,learning and research of non-key local higher learning institutious in terms of the conditious needed.Yancheng institute of technoogy is a case in point.Hence,the collabonative innovatious of local higher learning institutions will be enhanced. |
