| The academic world almost has a convergence of economic globalization,but has the tremendous controversy over the legal globalization.In the author’s view,the controversy results from different understanding of connotative legal globalization.This article,which starts with the scholars’ disputes,tries to define the connotation of legal globalization,and argues that legal globalization cannot establish the universal world law or global law,but involves some current,universal applicability of legal principles and legal rules.This kind of applicability,based on all nation’s legal traditions and legal cultures,is beneficial to people’s communication. |
